well i really hope your kidding because in the whole debate it's actually one of the most UNintelligent responses to the Napster issue.
The only way it could be an intelligent response is if they were providing the t-shirts free of charge. This comment is wrong: "We've
already said you guys [can use] our stuff
we're gonna do yours, too. You shouldn't have any problem with that, should you?"
Napster isn't using anyone's stuff and they most certainly aren't SELLING anything. Taking the Napster logo putting it on caps and
t-shirts and then selling them for $10 a pop is definitely not the same thing !
