Deep House is deep house. You have to FEEL IT to understand what it is. It
is very difficult to define a genre of music. If you want to listen to and
to FEEL what is deep house, you MUST listen to the compilation "Mad Styles
and Crazy Visions" [BBE; www.bbemusic.demon.co.uk]. I LOVE deep house. If

searching in rock and then in sub genres). Deep house is the danceable stuff
that I had been asking about... I was looking for some IDM similar to deep
house. IDM and deep house are similar; deep house isn´t so experimental and
is based on the 4/4 beats... it´s groovy.... it´s cool... it´s danceable;
sometimes has some female voices that are great. It is NOT commercial (dumb)
crap. You have to dig a lot to find good deep house... there´s plenty of
lousy artists out there who become commercial really fast. Another excellent
compilation is "Classic Deep House" (difficult to find, though). When I say
that it´s similar to IDM I say that deep house is intelligent... it has
soul, it has textures, you can feel the music... it makes you move....
