All these simple ignorant questions to the list need to stop..... If you go to a thing called a SEARCH ENGINE using your WEB BROWSER i.e. www.yahoo.com www.google.com www.dogpile.com and in that empty text spot, type in: JAKE MANDELL they will find places for you that have lots of info on the name you typed in. for example: on yahoo...the first thing that pops up is his own personal webpage! wow...what more could you ask for in terms of information on an artist? not to mention the endless other webpages that turn up after that regarding jake..... *All of you people that insist upon being lazy and wasting eveyones bandwidth: Go find out for yourself and stop wasting all of our time. questions like "ive been hearing alot about these boards of canada, are they any good? who can give me info on them?" and "My friend told me that autechre is good, what albums do they have out, can someone tell me?" those are just not rational questions to be posting to a mailing list with over 1000 members. there are tons of resources out there on the WORLD WIDE WEB that can answer all your newbie questions for you......if you have searched low and high and found nothing...THEN COME BUG US....but please...stop looking like idiots.... -brock ----- Original Message ----- From: "5x" <sbabakha@videon.wave.ca> To: <idm@hyperreal.org> Sent: Wednesday, May 17, 2000 9:15 AM Subject: Re: [idm] JAKE MANDELL THIS FRIDAY Can somebody give me some info on mandell?
