Out in the next few weeks will be a new SND/Shirt Trax ep called Premium Leisure.
This 6-track ep is the first release on the new SND sublabel called Blir. Premium
Leisure is a collective of artists based around SND's Matt Steel and Mark Fell. Each
Blir 12" will feature collaborations with like-minded artists. On this EP, Mark and
Matt are joined by Jez Potter, who is also one half of Shirt Trax. The style of
this new ep features the trademark SND minimalist sound : slowly mutating looped
grooves, deep bass tones and synthesised bleeps. Unfortunately this release will
be limited to only 350 copies worldwide.
