and by process of elimination, I think this track is "Aire", recorded in
collaboration with Mari Hamada for her album "Amu Onna".

The artist is V. The track is "Vliezwei". It originally appeared on a CD
EP entitled "Sub-Machine" released on Gift (a short-lived "pop" label run
by Warp - Pulp recorded several singles for them as well).
