Hmmm, all depends what type of CHANGE is being sought. Last
night I listened to Air's Moon Safari just for a totally different tack
(been drilling my head with lots more 'complicated' stuff lately) and
it was *so* pleasant, relaxing and sing-along-y.
Pussyfoot's comp. Suck It and See also makes for good diversion
listening and right now I've got Matsuri's Joujouka on headphones
(not necessarily recommended if you feel like winding things down!)
