Maybe so, but my mom probably couldn't tell the difference between 2 Unlimited and Autechre either. But point taken. I don't think it's really a big deal anyway. It happens just as often, if not more often, in most other forms of non-electronic music. People just scrutinize because this "genre" is more personal to them. I think all country music sounds the same....but country music IS all the same. My wife left me, my dog died, my bottle kept me company. I know I'm being ignorant...I'm sure you can break country down into as many subcategories as we break all electronic forms of music. I just don't care.
