Hi all,
I know there are still a few of you that I haven't got the CD out to yet.
I think there are 3 left on my list. I appologise for this. I will never
offer such a thing again, too many responses, and I just don't have that
much time. But, I will finish this one up this week. So, once again, sorry
to all who have been waiting for months :(
