I love the rephlex Laika album from a couple years back that has male and
female vocals. Especially a blast is the arguably corny, hook-laden, poppy
"Won't you be my baby baby" song. Also the "Feeling" song is surprising
because it utilizes some harmonizing and vocal content of modern pop R&B (a
genre which I don't have an appreciation for) but I really dig it. I think
Laika includes the old Sugarcubes keyboardist? I typically think vocals and
idm don't work well but I like this album.
Anybody have opinions on other Laika releases?
