More importantly, how many bands from punk's heyday are still making punk
music? Let's see, Wire, The Fall, Cab Vol are all still around (BAD and
New Order have their share of oldtimers from that era), and they're all
using synths & drum machines. AFAIK everyone making punk today came along
ex post facto. They're sadly clinging to a 20+ year old ideal. Times
change, too bad today's punks don't.
