Its my understanding that Japan has a policy something like this:
A release must either:
A.) Come out in Japan first
Or:
B.) Have extra tracks on it unique to the Japanese release
Something to do with encouraging its people to purchase "home-grown" talent.
This could explain why the Warp stuff shows up there first.
