This pissed me off. I placed an order for it and Bola's "Mauver". A
few days later I get some message back saying my credit card hadn't
been authorised (which was odd, because it should have). I placed the
order again with exactly the same card details and then, a few days
later, was told they'd all sold out earlier that day. <humph>
