aaaaaahhhh! yeah, i had this rec once, too. it really is almost nauseating, creepy slowish hardcore ('91 i believe). the "Ice Cream Van from Hell" is the name of the track. terribly weird and pretty fun IMO. ELT went on to make a lot of ambient/techno gear for Rising High, although i never really followed their output much. i know that the ice cream song was included on the K-Tel "Kaos Theory 3" comp with a bunch of other hardcore from the era.
