one guy, (really)hardcore drum'n'bass. no avantgarde, beat cut-up
trickery like drill'n'bass stuff, but really nice beat sequencing
none-the-less. he's got the best grasp of the relationship between the
drum and the bass of any d'n'b artist out there. most other d'n'b
allstars can be compared to a bad audio system: all bass and high levels
with weak mids that don't support and connect them. by that i mean:
others sound like they whip up the beat sequencing and the basslines on
separate continents. anyhow, he's recently doing alot more downtempo,
hard acid stuff.
any other panacea fans out there? or am i singing unheard praises?
what's a panacea?
