I gather your talking about the release on certificate 18. Basically it is remixes of artists/tracks on certificate 18 (most if not all had been previously released on vinyl only) And yes it is quite good. If I remember corrctly the standout tracks on there are the remixes by plaid, autechre and the two lone swordsman. I also remember really liking the mindnight funk association (i think thats right) remix.
