Actually, the 10" (which is lovely clear vinyl) was a "bonus" when you
bought the LP version of the album (which has the same tracks as the CD).
This is the only release in the series I own, and I bought it on a whim
'cause the package was so nice (I'm a sucker for 10" singles and non-black
vinyl), but I enjoy it bunches and really should look into getting more of
them.
