Wow...for once, somebody has stumped Lance. :)
The track is actually the lead track off of Looper's outstanding "Up A
Tree" CD (on Sub Pop). Looper is one of the guys from Belle And Sebastian,
and is a very engaging blend of lo-fi electronica, acoustic pop, and
spoken-word storytelling.
Was just listening to that album minutes ago, coincidentally.
