Irrelevant - don't sell it, ever! But if you must - I think that it some versions are still available one way or another through second hand stores, so I don't think it's worth a fortune (also because the R&S version is a rerelease).

Several rereleases of the House Of God. Originally released in 1990 on US label Hangman Records from the US as a double 12"; I remember at least one rerelease as a single 12", another one with remixes (on something-Energy??), and the 2x12" on R&S a bit later on. The only other releases I know of are the 'LSD3D', a mini album on Play It Again Sam from 1993 (great stuff for Meat Beat Manifesto fans, and not just because it includes a Jack Dangers remix), and a CD from 1991 (on Hangman) called 'The Difference Between Noise & Music' (which, if I remember correctly, covered most of the House Of God double-pack).

Dunno... some American guy(s), I guess. I think they were/are part of the same group of people that als gave us the H-Gun (video) collective. Maarten
