Bleepbloop is both.
After the first server had to be closed, BB got a new home at
poly.syncopated.net, login: bleep, pwd: bloop.
The next time you should try Dejanews or a similar service to avoid
questions already answered several times on this list ...
Wasn't there somebody collecting questions for a idm faq ?
I guess this (or something similar) belongs there.
