Don't get me wrong, when I said dominate my thoughts, I only meant that when
I listen to IDM I am more concious about HOw the trrack was made etc. What
kind of beat is going on (pobably caus I make the stuff). I didn't mean I
only sit around and daydream about meeting RDJ. (although that happens once
in a blue moon)
I appreaciate all your responses and feel a lot more comfortable on this list
knowing how broad everyone's listening styles are (Hi-fidelity is slowly
becomming surreal).
There is emo/electronic stuf out ther i agree, but it can't caputre the sam
feelings as 6 records from Lue Barlow about some girl who dichted him. To me
the story that takes place from smash you head on the punk rock to harmacy
can't be touched in the same way by any clicks an cuts. Just my oppinion
though. I still listen to way more Autechre than Sebadoh just pointing
something out.
