I've heard that the first X-Files soundtrack (the one of music
from/"influenced by" the tv show, not the movie one) had a track or two
indexed in this way.
And the upcoming Legion of Green Men album, Floating In Shallow Water,
will have a minute or so intro track indexed before track 1.
