I lucked out and managed to get it direct from them, but that was 2 years
ago... I was thinking of scanning the whole thing and putting it into a pdf
file or something like that, though there's the pesky copyright issue to
contend with, but I was going to email emigre and aske them about this...
would anyone be interested in such a thing?
