In the current climate of violence, bombings, anti-American protest marches and deaths brought about by our local Muslim population*, who are vowing to make our country ungovernable, it seems incongruous to mourn the death of so pronounced a supporter. But I appreciated him for his innovative and certainly copious output as well as his dedication. The first M/Gz related release I purchased was Occupied Territories : the double CD of remixes (because I had moral hiccups buying his records and thus putting money toward his cause) but I soon relented and got a few more of his works. I hope my collection may grow. He surely has left behind a huge legacy. ***90 albums?!?!*** [* I am speaking for the Western Cape region of South Africa.
