In the current climate of violence, bombings, anti-American protest
marches and deaths brought about by our local Muslim
population*, who are vowing to make our country ungovernable, it
seems incongruous to mourn the death of so pronounced a
supporter. But I appreciated him for his innovative and certainly
copious output as well as his dedication.
The first M/Gz related release I purchased was Occupied
Territories : the double CD of remixes (because I had moral
hiccups buying his records and thus putting money toward his
cause) but I soon relented and got a few more of his works. I hope
my collection may grow. He surely has left behind a huge legacy.
