Some of the old UR and Hardwax 12"s do stuff like that. Probably a pain in the ass for DJs. Also the Akita/Azuma/Haswell/Sakaibara LP has lock grooves after every track on one side. Definitely a pain in the ass for the home listener...just surface noise in the lock grooves too. All they have to do is cut from the outside-in, then the inside-out, stopping at the same point for the lock groove. I'm not sure how difficult that is in practical terms though. As I have no plans to release vinyl, it's never been an issue. Cool effect though. --Mark __ Burning Rome : SENSELESS CD on Mindfield Records MindCD03 Cathartium 14 > Distributed by Dutch East India Trading, Com Four, and Carrot Top < < http://www.xnet.com/~mkolmar/BurningRome > < MP3 & RealAudio tracks >
