I totally disagree about the Autechre mix of various artists. I'm assuming you're just listening to it straight through, right? Try it in a mix. It's golden. It reminds me a lot of early Porter Ricks stuff, like "Port of Transition" - all grimy, textured, and gritty. Play with those EQs a bit while you're mixing it with something on Chain Reaction and it's gorgeous. I also disagree about the monolake remix being boring - *listen carefully*. I would call it subtle, not boring. The ae mix on the East Flatbush remixes *is* nice, tho.
