Samplespotting Alert: I believe his production on the Aaliyah track that became a hit -- is that the one with the baby cries? -- samples none other than Perrey-Kingsley from the late '60s. He probably got it from the "Incredibly Strange Music, Vol. 1" compilation, unless perhaps it came directly from the source... .John. My Dream Lineup: Imagine Dr. Octagon Vs. the Ultramagnetic MC's! [da-dum-dum] But seriously, folks...how about EPMD and Fatboy Slim -- both turn obnoxious samples into moments of pure genius... Or the Pharcyde Vs.
