IMHO a no brainer. Go for the 4-Hero. I don't have the Full Circle but if it's anything like other Dara material (we're talking about NYC jungle producer DJ Dara right?), I wouldn't bother...Two pages on the other hand is one of the best records of 98, despite the hype...

This is the same as the import State of the Nu Art II comp? I'd pay $8 for that, but not full (import) price.
