And while you're at it, check out www.scene.org, the server that hosts the page
mentioned above - it's the (demo) scene's main server... with more of that...
(I think Brothom States is IDM, too) And of course, feel free to look around
ftp.scene.org; you'll find loads of music and PC (and possibly other) demos
there, may of which have great music AND graphics... and best of all: they
don't cost you anything!
And www.fm.org is the Five Musicians homepage, all of which's members are of
demo scene fame... And, also, mellow-d (I think) and basehead made the
soundtracks to Origin's Crusader: No Remorse and Crusade: No Regret, both of
which are gorgeous; and still it all was tracked with Scream Tracker... :)
