No doubt, they're referencing to Shirow Masamune's (gorgeous, btw) art book

Hmmm... chances are noone would notice these CDs under all the JPop discs
anyway, soooo... tell 'em they can now safely stop limiting their stuff... :)

(Hmmm... that synth (sample?) at the start of track 11 -The Water Margin-
sounds exactly like that in David Holmes' "The Atom And You" - where does it
