or is it indeed a sick joke parodying the death of legendary 60's
producer Joe Meeks (ex: The Tornadoes - Telstar, which is "an epic hymn
to space flight that predates Kraftwerk by ten years," as liner notes
have stated), who I believe did the exact same thing (offed the landlady
and then himself).
if true, then a sad loss...
