Ok, i think i've figured it out. The acid house comps i
was thinking of weren't Jack the Tab on Wax Trax,
they were the Jack Trax, Acid Trax, and Son Of Acido
comps on the Chicago Trax label all of which came
out back in 88-89. No wonder i couldn't remember
their names - it's been ten years!
Chicago acid house artists you'll want to check out
include Maurice Joshua, Hula, Mr. Lee, Liddell
Townsell, The House Gang, Pleasure Zone, Jack
Frost, Nouveaux Nation, Kevin Irving, and DJ Pierre
to name a few...
