Actually, it does not. I'm not certain what the track listing is, but it
only has four tracks: the original, two of the B-sides, and one of the
remixes (I think the µ-Ziq one).

I think On is one of the best songs written in this genre entirely, and it
is also my favorite Aphex Twin song. My fave release overall, though, is I
Care or SAW 85-92 depending on my mood.
