yes, the black dog mix is unavailable on cd. however, i would have to say definitely buy the cd. not only is the black dog mix merely passable, but the sound quality on the record is EASILY the worst i have ever heard, even for a picture disc. most of these artists essentially require good sound quality, too, due to the intricacies of their music and their production ability. artists like lassigue bendthaus, lustmord, red sector a, monomorph (d'arcangelo alias)... * #### a disturbance in a system. #### laerm. @voicenet.com #### a fortune cookie i ate 08/06/98 told me: "a girlfriend is a wine bottle. a wife is a bottle of wine."
