i have soundblaster cd that came with my sb awe32. it has a program called voice
assistant (or something like that). i can open a text editor, highlight a chunk of
text and it would read it using one of the 8 male/female voices. voice parameters
could be tweaked as well. it doesnt work with windows 98.
