face of the watch isn't the only place where the art is, it's all over the
front of the straps, AND on the back of the straps, and it comes with a map
of london with all of the places DR think you should go marked, all
designed by DR. i think that the design of the watch and the typography
that appears on the front side of the band is some of the best of seen by
DR, let alone a watch. there is also a limited edition version of the
watch that comes with a tie (yes, a shirt tie) with the same kind of DR
work, it was only available at the flagship store in tokyo. get the watch
it's worth it.

well that's the price for a sealed mint copy, not a copy that's been opened
and looked through, but still it's nice to know much it's worth. by far
the best issue of emigre i've read.
problems clearing drum counter. on 561/581, check memory address 304026 via
Memory Write in test mode. When bit one is set to 1, the counter cannot be
cleared. Reset to 0. On 541, the memory address is FF852E. Change data
from 00 to 20, proceed to set developer bias from there.
