Before you announce such things to a public list with over 900
members, please list your source of information.
This is an interesting post and is quite disturbing to me to read
in this manner.
Whatever release was in the works from those two ( and another individual
in on the project) actually had very few samples.

BTW--I heard Asphodel was going to release a Bob Ostertag/Otomo Yoshihide
cd but balked cause the label wanted to retain the right to prosecute those
who sampled the release. Silly and ironic for a label to invoke such
copyright control for a release that would have probably been made entirely
from samples! Alas....
