Ha! Yes, this is a phenomenon with which I am painfully familiar. Could
be trouble with the color range, too much ink coverage, etc. Could even
be that it's "done" but wasn't printed correctly. When you're shooting 4
or more colors of ink onto pieces of paper flying past at 100mph, trying
to get those dots to line up within tiny fractions of an inch -- AND not
end up with a gooey mess -- well, there is a lot of room for error, and
small tolerance...
