Dave at Ear/Rational is trying to mount an effort (culling together 300
prepaid orders with which to entice Fax to re-press that number of them) to
get it out, but there is quite a ways to go to get it done. In the meantime,
I've seen sealed copies going for 135$. If anyone is interested, email me off
