Have to agree with this assessment 100%. Both groups were spot on with the crowd, which wasn't all badged-out with industry types following festival buzz (like so many of the other shows going on in the area, like Carl Craig). At one point, PC (spinning for Cinematic Orchestra) and Tom Chant (soprano sax) broke off into a sax/scratch duel in the middle of "Owed To The Sea" that was simply incredible; PC would let rip with a vocal slice that Tom would immediately mimic with a high-pitched squawk or bent note. This went on for about a 40 seconds, back and forth, until PC dropped the full focal sample of some dude yelling "OH SHIT!" then Frederico Ungi threw back in that quicked up 5/4 on the trapset. The Ninja Tune sound at its live best.

I was a little nonplussed with Craig's set at the beginning...stayed for about 45 min. then jetted because it seemed flat. Anyone stay any longer? Did it change or shift up? laz
