This new ep on the Detroit Planet E label is a bit of a
different sound for them. These tracks, produced by
Matt Chicoine and Carl Craig, are in the trip hop, d&b
and funky downtempo styles sounding like a mix of
Portishead, older DJ Krush and Tek9/4Hero. This
release would be more appropriate for the MoWax
label. It's an interesting listen but I don't think i'll be
playing it with much regularity.
