Norken - Southern Soul - Reel
Wow. What a fucking masterpiece. A1, the long track,
is the only thing you need to hear on this. So beautiful, I don't really
know what to say. or how to encapsulize this track into words. A simple
washing chord melody, a minimal beat, some light airy stacatto synth sounds
in the back.. slowly little sounds come creeping thru as the minutes (which
feel like seconds) pass. We're graced with a bassline, a fleeting clap on
the 2 and 4, then the sparse beat turns a bit more shuffley, but just a
*little* to keep that minimal vibe.. all of a sudden you feel like dancing.
what a god damn track.
