The remix of "Patterns" on that 12" is good, but I like the album version better. If you imagine the beats from the album version of "Patterns" pitched up to +8 or so with a different orchestral melody in the background you've got the remix. "Pannik" on the flip is so-so but a bit too thud-thud techno for my taste. Not very similar to PE#1 beyond the crunchiness IMHO.

I'd pick up the Glob 12", s'better than the Skampler track. I won't even approximate a description though; I'll leave that up to the IDM review archives to handle.
