Absolutely. Well said. And thank you too for acknowledging my far-
flung presence (in a separate posting) ! I should recount to you my
most infuriating and frustrating head-on with local customs,
beaurocracy, postal admin. etc. etc. after placing my first ever
order via the web, with BentCrayon. No prob. with John C's kind and
helpful service; just all the shit on our side - luxury taxes,
additional US$40 worth of landing fees etc. NIGHTMARE. So you are
quite right in holding me up as an example :-) I struggle for my
obsession !
