i would just like to report that the structural integrity of my biokenetiks is intact and that if you will notice how when you place the cd onto the bottom half of the packaging it acts similar to a snapple lid (or any other vaccuum seal) and a gentle "pop" from the backside will free the cd rather than attempting to lift/pry/twist the cd off, which im betting is when it has broken for most of you.
