That's why beat juggling is interesting. it's harder to recognize than scratching, and half the time I've been at dj competitions I have no idea what the crowd is cheering for because I'm not experienced enough with hiphop beats to recgnize a great one on first listen. However, the X-men do beat juggling really well--they also do body tricks, but that's just some old-skool/crowd-pleasing style. The substance of their sets is "rocking the funky beats", whereas I'm under the impression that the Piklz are more about scratching. Sam
