What is it then? In my day we called that "charity".
What is it when you give that penny you get from the store to the clerk
because you don't want the penny? Who says you can't take all those
pennies out of the wishing fountain, they aren't the owner of the
fountain's pennies, who said they were? Is it stealing eventhough they
rightfully belong to you (or the individual who threw the penny in)?
