I started this thread in an attempt to "post on-topic discussions" instead
of lurk and promote my music, as per several people's request. I was just
trying to be part of the community. Here's some of the things I got for it:

Well. I seem to remember that with the "Fleshpile saga" I was very
apologetic and friendly in all of my posts. As soon as I realized that
people didn't like the posts, I immediately stopped, apologized profusely,
and have never done it again - all with a smile on my face and never a harsh
word. With this Napster post, again, I was very friendly. I was never
egotistical or an asshole. So what's the deal? I got a message saying that I
shouldn't be on this list anymore because of the Napster thread. Am I
missing somthing? Should I restrict my posts to bashing people for not being
"on-topic"? Many people on this list seem to do nothing but that, and they
don't get slammed for it, is that the safe route?
