I've done over 5 years' worth of business with EAR/Rational, and I've
had no problems whatsoever.
All the CDs I ordered got to me, except the ones he couldn't get, for
which I was refunded. Occasionally, I get the CDs before I send the
money. Dave's gotten some desperately hard-to-find discs for me. I've
received discounts on things *after* I purchased them because the price
went down.
There are occasional delays, this is true. I wouldn't be too
concerned. When he's out of town, I think you're supposed to contact a
different address, "eardrum@xmission.com" which is the person sending
out packages while Dave is out.
In short, I've only found EAR/Rational to be good, honest business for 5
years plus.
