Kind of. Overall, SoP remixes are rarely as good as say the stuff off
their Haunted Dancehall album, but they are still often in the dark
dubby and digital vein.

Sabres of Paradise = Andy Weatherall, Jagz Kooner, Gary Burns.
2 Lone Swordsmen = Andy Weatherall + Keith Tenniswood.
Red Snapper = David Ayers, Richard Thair, , Ali Friend, Ollie Moore.
So there is no direct connection between SoP and Snapper. Richard
Thair used to be in the Aloof, who were produced by Kooner and Burns of
Sabres, so there's a link. Basically, the above lot all used to be
(Weatherall parted company with Kooner & Burns, disbanding SoP and
forming 2 Lone Swordsmen) or still are mates. Other links between them
all are that the first David Holmes LP was produced by Kooner & Burns,
but the second by Keith Tenniswood, and that they all often record at
Orinoco.
