This sounds like a very unusual occurrence with EAR/Rational. I've been doing business with Dave for several (~5) years on a fairly regular basis, and have ordered several hundred dollars worth of stuff. The only complaint I have is that sometimes UPS breaks my jewel cases in transit. Dave has always bent over backward to make sure things have been right; I trust him. __ Ben Cox cox@transarc.com
